This book is designed to be adapted to young and old, parents, grandparents, everyone. Simply work through the sections that apply to you and adapt the other sections to you or use them as a tool for discussion. For example, if you have not had children, use the parenting section to predict how you may act if and when you do plan to have children or how you feel about children and parenting in general.
